GREEK LANGUAGE TEACHER
My name is Konstantina Papavasileiou and I have studied Greek philology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. I also hold a Master’s degree in Teaching Greek as a second/foreign language from the same university. For the past seven years, I have been living in Spain, teaching the Greek language and literature.
“I love teaching and I enjoy using games, songs and videos to make my lessons more interesting.”
When teaching Greek to people from all over the world, I “travel” and get to know interesting linguistic aspects and learn about different cultures. Despite the fact that I’ve lived away from Athens these last years, I make sure I pay frequent visits and I know many of its beautiful corners and hidden gems: monuments, parks, authentic neighborhoods, terraces with a view, cafés and restaurants, which I am glad to share with my students.
GREEK LANGUAGE TEACHER
My name is Evi Nikolatou and I have graduated from the Department of Byzantine and Modern Greek Studies at the Institute of Greek and Latin Philology of the School of Historical Sciences from the University of Hamburg. I also hold a Certificate of teaching Greek as a second/foreign language abroad from the program “Routes in the teaching of Greek as a second/foreign language” of the Greek Language Center.
“By teaching Greek as a second/foreign language I get to meet people from all over the world who love the Greek language and culture. I find this extremely enriching.”
Each lesson is a new challenge that gives me the opportunity to constantly improve and develop the way I teach, adapting to the needs of my students. In short, it is a true pleasure!

In my free time, I love reading scientific and literature books, attending concerts and theatrical performances, visiting archaeological sites and travelling.
