Alexandria Institute and Floga Training join forces this summer!
Language is one of the most powerful vehicles of human communication. However, effective communication requires more than words! In the end it comes down to insight in the process of communication itself and how to translate that knowledge into powerful influencing skills. Exactly that is the expertise of FLOGA Training & Mediation. Knowing that working on language skills is the expertise of Alexandria Institute, what could be more logical than to put those powers together in training programs?
Alexandria Institute and FLOGA are there for most happy to announce their collaboration in inspiring summer training programs, starting this summer with a highly interactive Change Management program, that will take place on Chios, July 13th until July 19th . A dynamic training for Greek and Dutch professionals, having to deal with change processes, through which they will learn with and from each other about the necessity and challenges of change management in a demanding world.
Organising an interactive and Intercultural Training and Knowledge Exchange Program on Chios
An inspiring and dynamic training program for Greek and Dutch leaders and managers in change processes, through which participants learn with and from each other about the necessity and challenges of change management in a demanding world.
Are you are involved with changing processes and do you want to know how to implement them successfully? Then this program is an interesting opportunity for you to learn and experience in an intercultural setting.
The purpose of the seminar
You will be put central in the program, being responsible for the success of the change processes you lead. The training will give you many insights to invite and motivate people to come along and to give more powerful leadership to change. You’ll get handed over theories and practical solutions to organize and consolidate changes. And finally: you’ll develop a solid vision on change management and your role as change manager.
